  • We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted soaps. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or provide a refund where appropriate.

  • Every batch of soap is handmade. Due to the nature of natural ingredients and each bar being handmade, there may be slight variations in each batch but all will have the same formula.

    Our soaps are handcrafted using natural oils and botanicals, which may cause variations in appearance.

    Occasionally, oils may separate or settle which is perfectly normal This does not affect the quality or performance of the soap.

    We suggest you do a patch test to ensure there are no reactions to any of the ingredients used.

  • Please note that all orders are handmade and fulfilled by a very small team. Processing times will vary depending on order volume. Please be patient with us!
